The Executive Director is the top administrative position in the Freedom Festival organization and serves under the direction of the Board of Trustees, made up of five members from the Festival’s Executive Committee. The Director also works closely with the Vice Presidents and Event Chairs, who help organize the Festival’s 25-30 annual events.

Paul has been instrumental in the growth and success of the Freedom Festival over the last three decades as he served on the Board prior to becoming Executive Director.
