This year 's parade - the largest of its kind in the state of Utah - will highlight freedom through bands, professionally crafted floats, giant helium balloons and local and national performers. Entries will be given the unique challenge to promote patriotism among the 250,000 spectators, through music, displays, dance, and other creative and meaningful expression. As the world faces an uncertain future, America stands as a beacon promoting freedom at home and abroad. Let freedom ring loud and clear. This year's parade is committed to furthering our American Dream. Witness the joy that is freedom, as never seen before on the streets of Provo!

GRAND PARADE RESERVED BLEACHER SEATS: Go on sale Monday June 2nd.

Reserved bleacher seats for the Grand Parade may be purchased at the Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau. Tickets are $6.00 each. The offices of the Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau are located in historic downtown Provo on the corner of University Avenue and 100 South. PROVO CITY PARADE SPECTATOR RULES:

Spectators may "stake out" their claim to a spot along the parade route no earlier than July 3, 2008 at 3:00pm per Provo City. Note that Provo City is in the process of updating its rules for parade spectators. The 2008 rules will be referenced on this page as soon as they become available.
