Celebrate the Fourth of July with the Founders in downtown Provo at the Crandall Historical Printing Museum, July 2-5, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Colonial Days is a FREE four-day event for the whole family. From University Avenue to 400 East on Center Street, you will enter Provo’s flag-and-bunting-lined Colonial Avenue. You will see men and women in Colonial period clothing celebrating the holiday at Colonial Square.
Family entertainment includes: Grand March and opening (Center St. and 100 East to the Museum beginning 10 a.m. on July 2), booths, live encampments with demonstrations of candle making, leatherworking, butter churning and other skills, museums, food, stage productions and demonstrations of historic muskets and musical instruments.
Special stage performances will include Jason Hone, Patriots in Petticoats, First Freedom, We the People, Voice of the Patriots, Royalty Performance, Hope of America, Mt. Timpanogos Pipe Band and Nathan Osmond.
Show entry is free with ticket. Tickets for specific times may be picked up the day of the show at the Museum's Information Booth and Bookstore.
