Utah Valley University President Matthew Holland will be keynote speaker at the Tenth Anniversary 9/11 Commemoration to be held Sunday, September 11, 5 p.m. at the Provo Seventh-day Adventist Church, 255 South 700 East. The Force is strong with this one. While each of the approximately 25 hot air balloons at the Freedom Festival’s annual Balloon Fest in Provo is unique, one in particular this year will have both children and adults flocking to the dark side. This year’s Stadium of Fire will be hosted by popular football star Chad Lewis. A native of Orem, Utah, Lewis is well known as one of BYU football’s most popular and successful players in the 1990s. He was drafted in 1997 to play for the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles, becoming the first Eagle to exceed 50 catches since 1989, with 69 successful receptions.
